Milestones

It is a joyous journey for Promise International School to have a humble start and grow gradually up to this stage.

2013

Founders of PIA, Mr. Kaung Zan and Mrs. Wah Wah Htoo came back to Myamar with a vision of involving in Education sector of their home country. They start preparing for opening their first school since they arrive back to Myanmar.

2014

Promise International School was officially commenced with 7 staffs. 6 students were enrolled in the start of the school yearn and grew to 9 students at the end of the school year. Promise International School students join their first Regional Students Convention in Chiang Mai as observers. 3 of first 6 students already finished their high school and are now already in college.

2015

Promise International School was officially commenced with 7 staffs. 6 students were enrolled in the start of the school yearn and grew to 9 students at the end of the school year. Promise International School students join their first Regional Students Convention in Chiang Mai as observers. 3 of first 6 students already finished their high school and are now already in college.

2016

School founders decided to partner with other like minded people and started a second school in Shwe-Pyi-Thar. About 60% of the students were moved to new school and Promise International School continue its journey with remaining 40% students.

2017

Promise International School started Dual Enrollment Program, High school students enrolled in its sister institution, Light House Christian Academy in USA allowing students to graduate from both schools.

The school gradually grow once again and continue to participated in Regional Students Conventions and National Competitions. Promise International School students are known for their talents in music and sports!

2020

Promise International School plan to expend by purchasing the property across the road and move primary students.
